RICS Building Survey Residential and Commercial

Malcolm Marsdin > RICS Building Survey Residential and Commercial

What is a Building Survey?

Typically for clients wishing to purchase an older residential or commercial building where a more detailed survey would be required.

A Building Survey is an in-depth inspection of a property. It is the most comprehensive of the surveys and will provide a detailed evaluation of a property’s condition.

The Building Survey report will describe the condition of each element of the house and provide a compiled list of the property’s defects, apparent causes, giving independent expert advice on the urgency of repair, maintenance options, and may also include approximate costs for repair work to be carried out.

If you’re not sure which survey is right for you – talk to us and we can give you independent advice on which survey would be the most suitable for you and your property.
